Worth knowing

Introduce a slow feeder at one meal a day rather than every meal, and keep an eye on whether your pet gets frustrated with it. If fast eating has started suddenly, or comes with retching, bloating or discomfort afterwards, speak to your vet rather than changing the bowl.

Wash before first use and rinse after every meal. Food caught in the channels is easy to miss, so check between the ridges rather than just rinsing the surface.
